Nothing is wrong with falling in love with a single mom, unless you’re a married woman.
In 2006, Webb Pickersgill of Bassline Digital was approached by writer/director Nitara Lee Osbourne about her feature film script, at the time entitled “Running on Empty”. The first step in producing this project was to shoot and edit two trailers for the project. The trailers were shot in 2007, and later that year won two Telly Awards for their quality. Following the awards, funding for the feature film was secured and the feature was scheduled to be produced.
In late 2007, Webb Pickersgill was hired again, but this time to shoot and edit the entire feature film. The production was a 20-day shoot, finishing in December, 2007. Post production on the film began immediately and by late 2008 the film was picked up for distribution by Maverick Entertainment. The film can now be purchased at most local and internet retailers, including Amazon, and Best Buy.
