Step-by-Step Process

1) Initial Meeting

Contact us to schedule an initial consultation. Our first meeting takes about an hour and is free. We will talk in detail about your project, commercial and creative goals, budget, and schedule.

After our intial meeting we take time to develop a written quote for all of our services. We detail the services we will be providing as well as the final deliverables we're responsible for. We typically require a 50% payment upon booking our services, with the balance due upon delivery (step 7).

3) Script Development

If needed, we develop a script that will become the blueprint for the rest of the project. We can do this for you, or work with your creative team to develop a script together. This is a truely collaborative effort, ensuring that your video project will meet your goals within your budget and schedule.

4) Production

The location is secured, the talent and crew are ready to go, and now it's time to put your script on screen. This is the most exciting part of the production process for us. We bring out our cameras and gear to professionally capture your video project.

5) Post-Production

During post-production, we assemble your project in our editing bay according to the script. We add CG, titles, creative transitions, and music to make your video shine. During this process, we have a 42" LCD monitor that our clients can come and watch while we work.

6) Revision/Approval

Given the high price of gas and shipping costs, we typically use an online review process with QuickTime files via the Internet. Or, you are welcome to come to our studio if you wish to do this in person. We're only happy when you are happy.

7) Delivery

Once you have approve the final video, we deliver your master copy on tape, DVD, or compressed digital files for streaming on the web. Your choice.

Pre-Production

The light bulb suddenly goes on and the best idea since sliced bread comes to your mind! You know that your idea could be huge but you don't know quite where to begin. We can help you flesh out your ideas and write the script needed to shoot your video. For larger projects we will assemble and hire the crew, book locations, and complete production paperwork. We'll get your project into production quickly to beat your competitors to market.

Equipment

Our in-house equipment is top-notch for most productions including full DV and HDV camera packages, lighting, sound, and grip equipment. Whatever we don't have, we have the connections to get to make sure your project is done right.

Production

Whether you need a single cameraman, or a multi-camera crew with all the bells and whistles, we can produce the best video for you. We hire only the best crew in the valley. All crew is friendly, efficient, and gets the job done right.
